Caffeine and Sleep

"For regular caffeine users, the avoidance of low grade withdrawal symptoms, such as drowsiness after overnight abstinence, has been identified as a central mechanism underlying the reinforcing effects of caffeine." *

This means that those of you that "have to have coffee in the morning" have to have it because you keep having it.

You wouldn't believe the better sleep you get and the less anxious you feel once you break the cycle.

I challenge anyone who has caffeine regularly to take a week to detox and see if you don't find your days a bit more zestful, work less stressful, and sleeping more restful.
